Benchmade Infidel automatic knife – tactical blade and practical slider

The knife has a slim dagger blade with a dagger profile, made of hard D2 tool steel hardened to 60-62 HRC. D2 is the most corrosion-resistant carbon steel, which is characterized by high abrasion resistance, long-lasting sharpness and aggressive cutting.

When choosing a knife made of this steel, it is worth getting a diamond sharpener, because sharpening with a standard ceramic whetstone can be very laborious and inefficient. The Teflon-coated blade has two cutting edges and an aggressive point, making it easy to penetrate and with good cutting properties.

The blade is extended by pushing the knurled slider forward; to fold it, simply pull the slider back in the opposite direction. The button has a deep milling, so the knife can also be operated with gloves on.

A reliable and safe tool

The blade is extended and retracted only after the slider has been fully and carefully moved, which makes the knife safe to use and carry. The whole process is quick and, most importantly, safe. This is because the blade is locked in three places when extended.

The knife is comfortable and easy to use thanks to the solid handle made of aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum. The handle has a profiled shape and a milled surface, which guarantees a perfect grip and prevents the knife from slipping.

The Benchmade Infidel has a high clip compatible with the Molle system (with the possibility of moving it to the other side) for easy, discreet carrying of the knife in a pocket and attaching it to a belt or backpack. The set also includes a nylon pouch with a Velcro closure.
