Walther MK40 Folding knife

The Walther MK40 is a mini folding knife with a 40 mm 440C steel blade that combines reliability and functionality in a lightweight, compact form, making it a great EDC knife. The Walther MK40 is a pocket folder designed for simple everyday tasks. The satinized drop-point blade made of 440C stainless steel is deployed using the traditional technique of a nail nick. The 440C stainless steel blade has good cutting edge retention and is easy to sharpen without requiring experience.

Robust liner lock

The short, wide blade is perfect for opening packages, cutting cardboard, twine and other undemanding tasks that we often face in our daily activities. The back of the blade has transverse grooves (jimping), providing a stable support point for the thumb or index finger. The knife has a steel liner-lock to prevent the blade from folding while working.

Non-slip G10 liners

The knife handle is made of G10 plastic covers attached to the liners. The covers have anatomical cut-outs for 3 fingers, which ensure a comfortable and secure grip of the knife regardless of the size of the hand. As befits a thoroughbred EDC knife, the Walther MK40 has a spring-loaded deep carry clip, allowing the knife to be conveniently carried in a pocket. The manufacturer has included a nylon sheath, which allows the knife to be discreetly carried on a belt.
