Walther OSK II is a folding outdoor tracker knife, equipped with a massive 440C steel blade and an ergonomic handle inspired by the grip of Walther pistols. This knife model has a blade with a special survival profile with 3 working areas: a strong point and two separate edges. The edge at the front of the blade is ideal for chopping wood, while the concave edge further down is used for planing and debarking. There are transverse milling cuts on the spine of the blade, which act as a ramp for the thumb.
The knife has a solid 105 mm long blade made of hardened 440C stainless steel. The steel is highly impact-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and retains its sharpness well. It can be sharpened by anyone, making it an excellent choice for an outdoor knife.
The proven liner lock with its simple and comfortable design ensures safe use. The lock insert has transverse milling which provides a stable support for the finger when planing or cutting with precision.
The profiled scales made of durable, matte-finish polymer ensure a high level of comfort. The handle has rubber inserts in several places to prevent the knife from slipping out of wet or slippery hands. The design of the handle is based on the grip of Walther pistols. The back of the handle has a steel hook for a cord, which can also be used as a glass breaker. The knife can be carried on a belt using the nylon pouch with a press stud.
