The company was founded in 1989 under the name Zakład Wyrobów Skóra (Leather Goods Factory), a typical representative of a small family business. Until 1991, the factory was run by the mother of the current owner. In January 1991, the factory was transformed into Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjno Handlowe “CEZAR” (Production and Trade Company “CEZAR”), and Cezary Garbacz became the owner of the company. The company is based in Tomaszów Mazowiecki. The company specializes in leather goods made from vegetable tanned leather produced in Polish tanneries, as well as the latest generation of linen and waxed cotton. It also specializes in piercing models designed by the customer. The company is passionate about producing leather goods according to designs from bygone eras for theaters and collectors. The excellent quality of the products is the greatest source of pride. It is one of the last traditional leather goods factories in Poland.
