Lansky LP006 Knife sharpener attachment

Assembly Lansky LP006 is an aluminum clamp that allows the knife to be sharpened stably at one of four available angles.

The clamp, together with the guide with the abrasive surface, is one of the main elements of a professional sharpening system. The clamp is responsible for stabilizing the blade and for proper sharpening at the following angles: 17°, 20°, 25° and 30°.

Sharpening with the Lansky clamp and guide allows for precise sharpening without damaging the cutting edge. Knife clamp for minimum blade width of 13 mm.
